From 1995 to 2019, Jonathan Sablone served in leadership roles at the Nixon Peabody, LLP, law firm in Boston, including as an equity partner and co-chair of the complex commercial disputes practice group. He oversaw a multi-million-dollar business book consisting of multiple global markets and industries, ranging from life sciences to financial services. During his time in this role, Jonathan Sablone co-managed a team of approximately 180 attorneys, paraprofessionals, and staff members.
Mr. Sablone subsequently served as an equity partner and co-chair of the global private funds dispute team at DLA Piper, LLC, a top-five global law firm by headcount and profitability. Between 2021 and 2025, he led several operations at the Chicago-based global private equity firm Delta Capital Partners Management, LLC, serving as managing director and chief litigation officer. He also supported the firm as the worldwide director of origination.
Mr. Sablone studied government at Harvard. After graduating cum laude, he earned his law degree from Boston College Law School. In addition to his various global leadership positions, he has served as a guest and keynote speaker at many industry events, marketing seminars, and trade group meetings, with topics including “How to Enforce Foreign Judgments in the USA” and “How Offshore Practitioners Can Use the US Legal System to Their Benefit in Hedge Fund Disputes.”
